What We Mean When We Say...

· Additional Fee: Extra charges like taxes or tolls added only if required.
· Applicable Laws: The rules everyone has to follow in India.
· Application: The Sportzfirst mobile app.
· Convenience Fee: A small charge for using our platform and booking services.
· Cancellation Fee: Fee charged if you cancel (see our cancellation policy).
· Customer/You: Yep, that’s you!
· E-Wallet: Your digital wallet for easy payments.
· Force Majeure Event: Big unexpected things like natural disasters that can delay services.
· Sportzfirst Pass: Your ticket to join sports sessions or events.
· Order: Your booking or reservation.
· Total Fee: The full amount you pay — booking + fees + taxes.
· Venue Membership Plan: Special memberships for venues offering exclusive access.
Who Can Use Sportzfirst
You gotta be old enough (according to local laws) to enter into agreements. If you’re underage, we’ll assume your parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you.
Setting Up Your Account
Sign up with your accurate info — name, email, phone, etc. Keep it up to date. And
keep your login details secret. Activity in your account is your responsibility. Don’t share or sell your account. If you spot anything fishy, email us at support@sportzfirst.com right away.
Account Safety and Suspensions
We might suspend or close your account if info is false, security is compromised, or for other valid reasons.
Please Don’t Send Confidential Stuff
Only send us the info we ask for. Anything else isn’t private.
One Account Per Person
Only one account per person, please. If someone else’s using yours, tell us ASAP at support@sportzfirst.com.
Lost Access or Misuse?
If you can’t access your account or suspect misuse, send us a written request at support@sportzfirst.com to block it. We’ll act fast, but can’t promise to stop everything instantly.
Booking and Using Services
You can book venues, coaching, fitness classes, and more through the Platform. Prices, minimum order values, or fees will be shown before you confirm. Some services may not be available everywhere due to local laws — if we can’t fulfill your booking, no charges will apply.

When you book, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS or whatsapp. Double-check your booking details. If anything’s off, contact us right away at support@sportzfirst.com. We can’t fix issues if you don’t let us know in time.

What’s the Total Fee?
When you book a service, you’ll see a Total Fee — this is the full amount you pay and might include:
· The base price for your booking
· Extra charges like renting gear, taxes or convenience fees
· Any cancellation fees, if they apply
Don’t worry — you’ll always see the total cost before you hit “Confirm.” We might tweak prices sometimes, but you’ll get the latest info right when you book.

How to Report an Issue:
When Life Happens (Force Majeure)
Sometimes, things go sideways—and not even we can control them. If something wild and unexpected happens (like natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, alien invasions, etc.), Sportzfirst may not be able to keep all its promises.
So, if a "Force Majeure" event (a fancy term for stuff that’s completely out of anyone’s control) delays or stops us from delivering our services, we won’t be held responsible for that hiccup. Once things are back to normal, we’ll get right back on track!
Playing Fair aka Indemnification
By using Sportzfirst, you’re agreeing to be a good sport. But just in case things go wrong because of your actions, here’s the deal:
You agree to have our back (and that of our team, partners, and affiliates) if:
In short: if your actions cause trouble for someone else—or for us—you agree to cover any costs, losses, or legal stuffthat comes from it. That includes lawyer fees, court stuff, and all that jazz.
This promise to protect Sportzfirst is extra, meaning it doesn’t cancel out any other legal rights we might have. It's just an added layer of protection so everyone plays fair.
Liability — What You Should Know
At Sportzfirst, we want to keep you informed and active, but here’s the deal: the info, tips, and services you find on our Site and through our support team are for general use only — not official advice. We work hard to keep things accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise the Site is 100% error-free, virus-free, or glitch-free.
If you have trouble using the Site — maybe a wrong phone number, network hiccups, or other tech glitches — we’re not liable for any issues or damages that come from that. Same goes if the info isn’t perfect or if something’s missing.
We also can’t guarantee the Service will always be available or uninterrupted. So if updates, messages, or program benefits don’t reach you, please check the mobile number and email you gave us. Those are your channels to stay in the loop.

We’re not responsible for any damages — big or small, direct or indirect — even if you warned us it might happen. The most we’d ever owe you is the value of your booking.
Downloading stuff from the Site? You’re doing that at your own risk. Make sure your devices are safe!
About Primary Services
For Primary Services like bookings with venues or coaching, those services are run by our partners. Sportzfirst doesn’t control how they operate or manage things, so we can’t be held liable for anything that happens at their end.
Also, no guarantees here on how long sessions last, what you’ll get, or how safe everything is. Sports can be risky by nature, so when you play, you’re accepting those risks — including injuries or losses. By joining, you agree to take responsibility and release Sportzfirst and our partners from any claims.
Keep It Cool and Play Fair
While using our venues or services, please keep it friendly and follow the rules. No illegal activities or drama, please! If you cause trouble or get into fights, that’s on you — not Sportzfirst or our partners.
If your booking is a group, everyone in it agrees to these terms too.
Also, remember that venues might have their own house rules or guidelines — by using their services, you agree to follow those as well.
We Watch Out to Keep Things Safe
We don’t monitor what you do but we do keep an eye on the Site and Services to make sure everyone plays by the rules and follows the law. If needed, we’ll remove anything that’s harmful or violates these Terms — without warning.

Your Content & How We Handle It at Sportzfirst
At Sportzfirst, we love seeing what you share — whether it’s cool photos, videos, stories, ideas, or just your awesome game highlights. When you post stuff on our Site or app (we call this “Posted Content”), you’re helping build our sporty community! This includes anything you share on the news feed, comments, testimonials, blogs, or any place on the platform.
We might feature your posts on our Site or social channels — but only if you’re cool with it. And if you change your mind, no worries! Just ask us to take it down, and we’ll make it happen.
By posting, you promise you have all the rights and permissions to share that content — and that it follows our rules and the law. We don’t take responsibility for how third parties or others use your posts, so do keep it respectful.
Lights, Camera, Action — Photos and Videos at Sportzfirst
Sometimes, at our events, fitness classes, or games, we or our venue partners might snap some photos or shoot videos. These moments might feature you—solo or with your crew!
You can check out these photos and videos anytime from your Sportzfirst account, tag yourself, and share the fun with others who joined. You get a personal, non-commercial pass to use your photos and videos as you like.
Heads-up though: other attendees can see, download, or screenshot these moments too. And while we do our best, we aren’t responsible if photos or videos get misused or go missing.
By sharing your photos and videos with us, you’re giving Sportzfirst the green light to use and share them on our website, social media, or anywhere else we want to celebrate our community — no royalties, no fuss. These could become official promo stuff or publicity material — all part of the sporty fun!
Keep It Cool — What NOT to Post
While we love your enthusiasm, please don’t post anything that’s:
· Inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or illegal
· Spam, scams, or unwanted ads
· Viruses, malware, or anything that could harm devices
· Content that invades someone’s privacy or breaks copyrights
· False info, misleading content, or impersonations
· Anything that breaks local laws or our community guidelines
Basically, play nice, respect others, and keep this space safe and fun for everyone!
Extra Rules for Photos and Videos
Don’t use photos or videos from Sportzfirst for anything illegal, disrespectful, or to mess with other users. Editing, copying, or using them in ways that break these rules or the law is a no-go.

Who Owns What. You know, Intellectual Property and Stuff
At Sportzfirst, we’re the proud owners of pretty much everything you see and use here — from our website and app to the cool logos, graphics, photos, videos, sounds, and all the tech behind it. We also own any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you share with us about how to make things better.
Sometimes, you might spot other company logos or trademarks on our site — those belong to their rightful owners, so if you want to use them, you’ll need to get their permission directly.
Just a heads-up: when you use Sportzfirst, you don’t own any part of our site or services — you’re just getting permission to use them. So, be sure to respect all copyrights and trademarks, and don’t do anything that breaks the rules or the law.

No one is authorized to make promises on our behalf unless we say so ourselves — so don’t rely on hearsay.

If you use our services, it’s at your own risk — so play safe and smart!
Any pictures, videos, or audio you see on our site? They’re mostly for show. No endorsements implied unless we say otherwise.

We might not always send you a personal heads-up about these changes (because, well, life’s busy), but the newest version of the User Terms will always be waiting for you on our Site. So, it’s a good idea to swing by regularly and check out what’s new.
You can even see the last time we updated things by looking at the “Last Updated” note at the top. If we ask you to give a thumbs-up to the new terms before using Sportzfirst again, make sure you do! If not, just keep using the Site and Services, and that means you’re cool with the latest rules.

We’ll drop announcements or notices on the App or Site, or shoot you an email, text, or even an old-school letter if needed — using whatever contact info you gave us.

Passing the Baton (Assignment)
You can’t hand off your rights under these User Terms to anyone else without getting our written thumbs-up first. That said, Sportzfirst can pass its rights along to affiliates or trusted partners anytime.
Rules of the Game. Or, Law and Disputes
These User Terms follow the laws of India, and if any drama or disputes pop up around using Sportzfirst or these rules, we’ll first try to work it out with a meaningful, friendly chat.
If that doesn’t do the trick within 30 days, then we’ll go to arbitration — kind of like a referee — where one neutral person (chosen by both you and Sportzfirst) makes the final call. This will usually happen in Mumbai, unless we both agree to somewhere else.
And if things need to head to court, it’ll be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
