At Sportzfirst, we love seeing what you share — whether it’s cool photos, videos, stories, ideas, or just your awesome game highlights. When you post stuff on our Site or app (we call this “Posted Content”), you’re helping build our sporty community! This includes anything you share on the news feed, comments, testimonials, blogs, or any place on the platform.
We might feature your posts on our Site or social channels — but only if you’re cool with it. And if you change your mind, no worries! Just ask us to take it down, and we’ll make it happen.
By posting, you promise you have all the rights and permissions to share that content — and that it follows our rules and the law. We don’t take responsibility for how third parties or others use your posts, so do keep it respectful.
Lights, Camera, Action — Photos and Videos at Sportzfirst
Sometimes, at our events, fitness classes, or games, we or our venue partners might snap some photos or shoot videos. These moments might feature you—solo or with your crew!
You can check out these photos and videos anytime from your Sportzfirst account, tag yourself, and share the fun with others who joined. You get a personal, non-commercial pass to use your photos and videos as you like.
Heads-up though: other attendees can see, download, or screenshot these moments too. And while we do our best, we aren’t responsible if photos or videos get misused or go missing.
By sharing your photos and videos with us, you’re giving Sportzfirst the green light to use and share them on our website, social media, or anywhere else we want to celebrate our community — no royalties, no fuss. These could become official promo stuff or publicity material — all part of the sporty fun!
Privacy in Your Chats — Groups and Games
When you join Groups & Games through Sportzfirst, your chats are private and secure. We use end-to-end encryption, which basically means only you and your buddies can read your messages — not us or anyone else.
Sometimes, if a message can’t be delivered right away (maybe your friend’s offline), we keep it safely encrypted for up to 30 days before deleting it. If you forward media inside messages, we temporarily store it in a secure way to make forwarding faster.

Extra Rules for Photos and Videos
Don’t use photos or videos from Sportzfirst for anything illegal, disrespectful, or to mess with other users. Editing, copying, or using them in ways that break these rules or the law is a no-go.

Who Owns What. You know, Intellectual Property and Stuff
At Sportzfirst, we’re the proud owners of pretty much everything you see and use here — from our website and app to the cool logos, graphics, photos, videos, sounds, and all the tech behind it. We also own any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you share with us about how to make things better.
Sometimes, you might spot other company logos or trademarks on our site — those belong to their rightful owners, so if you want to use them, you’ll need to get their permission directly.
Just a heads-up: when you use Sportzfirst, you don’t own any part of our site or services — you’re just getting permission to use them. So, be sure to respect all copyrights and trademarks, and don’t do anything that breaks the rules or the law.
If you download stuff we’ve made available (like documents or info), feel free to use it for your own personal, non-commercial stuff — just don’t mess with the copyright notes or change the content. And don’t share it all over the internet or make it look like it’s your own.

We use some neat tools like Google Maps for location features — using those means you’re also agreeing to Google’s rules for those services.
Sometimes, our site might send you off to other websites or advertisers. Just a heads-up: we don’t control those sites, so we can’t promise they’re as awesome or secure as we are. If you decide to check them out, it’s at your own risk. And any deals or purchases you make there are between you and those advertisers, not us.
How Long Does This Last? (Term and Termination)
This agreement sticks around as long as you’re using Sportzfirst and have your account.
You can leave anytime by deleting your account — just follow the instructions on our site.
We also reserve the right to end your access if you break the rules, act shady, or get complaints from others. We might do this immediately, without warning. But if that happens, we’ll let you know.
Even if your account gets closed, some parts of these terms (like the important legal bits) will still stick around — because some things never go out of style.
If Something’s Not Valid, No Worries (Severability)
If a part of these terms doesn’t quite work legally, that won’t mess up the rest. We’ll just swap out that part with what makes sense and keeps the spirit of the agreement intact
What If There’s a Conflict?

Passing the Baton (Assignment)
You can’t hand off your rights under these User Terms to anyone else without getting our written thumbs-up first. That said, Sportzfirst can pass its rights along to affiliates or trusted partners anytime.
Rules of the Game. Or, Law and Disputes
These User Terms follow the laws of India, and if any drama or disputes pop up around using Sportzfirst or these rules, we’ll first try to work it out with a meaningful, friendly chat.
If that doesn’t do the trick within 30 days, then we’ll go to arbitration — kind of like a referee — where one neutral person (chosen by both you and Sportzfirst) makes the final call. This will usually happen in Mumbai, unless we both agree to somewhere else.
And if things need to head to court, it’ll be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
Sportz Ventures (OPC) Private Ltd. and our associates/partners/successors/permitted assigns ("Sportzfirst","we","us" and"our") are fully committed to respecting your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ("Policy"). Reference to "you" in this Policy refers to the users of the Sportzfirst Platform (as defined below), whether or not you access the services available on the Platform or consummate a transaction on the Platform ("Users"). The Policy sets out: (a) the types of information that we may collect from you when you access or use our services (collectively, our "Services") through our Platform, and (b) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

We do not gain any access or store any SPDI related to financial transactions on our Platform; such SPDI is availed directly by the payment gateway via an integration with our Platform and we ensure to utilize payment gateways of repute with industry accepted credentials and security measures. The type of Information collected from a User varies based on the interaction with the Platform. Sportzfirst undertakes to protect the data provided by you in accordance with reasonable security practices and procedures. Sportzfirst undertakes not to transfer or disclose your SPDI to a third party for any purpose without your prior consent.

We do not, however, sell to any Third Party user-specific Information for the above purposes, and all data shared with Third Parties in relation to the above purposes, will be on a no-name aggregate basis.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' Information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. However, Personal Identification Information may be shared if required, with (a) our subsidiaries or affiliates (b) a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Sportzfirst's assets, whether as a going concern or as a part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Information of Users held by Sportzfirst are among the assets transferred.

We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Information and SPDI and to protect it against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. We implement appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access and for the purposes of maintaining data security. Our payment gateway partners are compliant with the payment card industry standard (PCI standard) and also use SSL secured communication channels, encryption, passwords and physical security measures in order to protect the Information and SPDI of Users.
However, we cannot guarantee absolute security as no method of protection and transmission of data is completely secure. We are also not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any Third Parties that receive your Information. The Services may also be linked to many other third party and partner sites and we are not/shall be not responsible for their privacy policies or practices as it is beyond our control. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Information or SPDI, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to any event that is beyond our reasonable control.
