1. How do I book a facility?
Easy peasy! Search for your city, sport, pick your favourite turf/court, choose a time slot, and hit “Book Now.” You’ll be match-ready in under a minute.
2. Do I need to create an account?
Yup! Creating an account helps us keep your bookings, payments, and player history safe. Plus, it unlocks cool features like quick re-book and special offers.
3. How will I know my booking is confirmed?
We’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp — basically, we’ll make sure you hear the whistle loud and clear.
4. Can I book multiple slots at once?
Absolutely! Lock in a full match, a double-header, or even a month’s worth of training sessions.
5. What if I arrive late to my booking?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for warm-up. Late arrivals lose playtime and money. After all, no one likes an own goal, right?
6. What sports can I book?
Padel, pickleball, football, cricket, badminton, tennis, basketball, swimming… the list keeps growing. If it’s a sport, chances we’ve got it. Or are working on getting it, pronto!

Cancellation within 24 hours but less than 4 hours before booked time: 80% refund

9. What happens if my booking gets cancelled by the facility?
Don’t worry — we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, and you’ll be back in the game in no time.
10. Can I get a refund if I didn’t use my booking?
Refunds are given as per Sportzfirst’s cancellation policy which is given below. Think of it like match rules — we have to play fair with everyone, right?
